What are the terms and conditions for my appointment?

- Appointment time is guaranteed

- You have a 5 minute grace period

- You can reschedule if necessary

- NO refunds for missed appointments

- If you miss your appointment, you will have to wait for next available opening

Can I schedule with a specific barber?

Absolutely! Just select the barber's calendar that you wish to schedule your appointment with using the buttons above.

What happens if I miss my appointment time? Can I reschedule?

Yes, you can reschedule. However, if you are unable to keep your appointment time, there are NO refunds. It is recommended that you reschedule your time using your reservation ticket at least 3 hours prior to your current appointment. Otherwise, you will have to wait for the next available opening

What happens if I'm late?

You have a 5 minute grace period. After that, the chair becomes open and the next walk-in or person waiting in line will get the chair. You will have to take a number and wait for the next available chair.
