Refund Policy for Prepaid Appointments for Haircut Services and for Monthly VIP Subscription
This Refund Policy applies to prepaid and online payments for haircuts and personal grooming services rendered on via our prepaid appointments or our monthly VIP subscription program for haircut services. Please note that we strive for complete customer satisfaction, however, you understand that once we provide services to you our fees are Non-Refundable. Fees are not dependent upon results and no specific outcome may be promised.
REFUNDS for PREPAID APPOINTMENTS
You are entitled to a full refund of your haircut service fee if you cancel a prepaid appointment for any reason prior to your appointment time and we have not delivered your haircut or grooming services. Then simply request a refund and we will honor it within 72 hours of your request. You will receive a full refund for the service fee for your haircut or grooming only. However, there is an appointment booking fee of $7 that is applied to each prepaid appointment booking which is non-refundable at any time.
NO REFUNDS for MONTHLY VIP SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
To cancel your Monthly VIP Subscription, you are able to do so at anytime by using the 2Checkout cancellation services link you received upon initially joining our Monthly VIP Subscription program. Please be aware that there are NO REFUNDS upon any subscription services being cancelled from previous subscription billings. Your election to discontinue services will take effect the following month. If you elect during a current month to discontinue your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the then-current month’s subscription fees as you are paid in full for 30 days from your last billing. The time of cancellation will prevent your credit card from being charged for any future subscription payment and your subscription services will no longer be valid thirty (30) days from your last billing date.
